This place is an incredible value! I saved so much money by staying here, I was able to splurge in other things. The staff is great. Very hard working and very helpful. I would love to stay here again. I found out that I can take 402 bus nearby, straight to Namsan mountain park and to the City Hall. This was very convenient for me because I love going to Namsan mountain for easy, relaxing nature hikes !!

It is a bit of walk from subway stations. But you get to see busy Gangnam main streets. The entrance is non-descript and easy to miss. It is right opposite Domino's Pizza.

Nice and helpful staff; Free food (noodles, rice, bread, kimchi etc) u can make your own food; Each room hv a small refrigerator

The room is super small and the bed is barely long enough (for people 170cm in height); All rooms are closely packed in a long corridor which could be noisy when people in and out of their rooms; Toilet is small and always have mosquitoes

The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. The location was great and the kitchen was convenient.

The mattress was extremely cramped and uncomfortable and I found their air conditioning difficult to open and use.

Sue and James were both very helpful and nice. The free food in the kitchen was an unexpected surprise. The beds and linen were clean and the shower/toilets, though small, were definitely good enough given the price.

The bed was on the smaller side. This was fine for me (160cm tall) but not for someone tall. The walls in my room weren’t very clean at all which is quite off putting and could definitely do with painting again! Had this been done, my stay would have been perfect.

The location was good! About 10min walk to central Gangnam. Friendly staff and free food available.

This room was cheap and that's about it. It felt somewhat dirty as there was a hair on the floor from the previous guest and mold in the shower. There was also a weird smell in the room which did not disappear despite having the window open to air the room. I would not recommend spending more time here than you need to.

The location made up for everything I disliked. Additionally, the staff and amenities were pretty good. I totally appreciated the free rice, kimchi, bread, jam, shared kitchen (with stove, utensils, pots, microwave, toaster), water, and washing machines. Having access to all that after a night of drinking saved my life a few times. Also... there is a laundromat right down the street to dry your clothes if you so choose as well as food spots, coffee, hair salon, and supermarket.

It could have been a bit cleaner. There were quite a few strands of hair from previous guests. The room smells bad. Once I was in there I guess my nose adjusted enough to survive. I saw the same complaint from other guests so mayybe they could install plug in air fresheners to help with this issue. The rooms are so small. I am short (5 feet) so it was doable, but anyone much taller will struggle a bit. Also, if you have a large suitcase you're going to have a bit of a struggle. I unpacked into the closet immediately so I didn't need to go in it often.

Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable room. Amazing and friendly staff, always willing to help!!! A special thanks to James super nice guy who helped me when I needed book one day more!!!! Many restaurants around...

i like that they provided fan...air circulates inside the room too...u can open the window...i love that they have rooftop access if u smoke...rhe kitchen ia alway loaded with free food...regardless what time the kitchen is available....i didnt use it muj....just love that they have filtered drinkinv water...check in at 3....i came to drop my bag in the noon and luckily the room was ready..which was important to me cus i wa exhausted..James was extreme ly helpful and polite....have the nicest smile.....its spa ious compare to many bed and breakfast ive been to in gangnam....its surrounded by shops, restaurants, bus stops, subways. etc..... my fav is 711 three doors away....gangnam station not to far..walking distance to catch airport limouaine bus....very convinent location....

James (the property staff) help me a lot during my stay. He is very kind guy and explain the facilities from the property. If you use subway, the best subway exit is gangnam station. The road mainly normal and it takes around 9 minutes walk. Do not alight in Yeoksam, because there is a uphill and downhill (mixed) when you walk to the property. However, You can use the main road instead the small road if you dont want to face the uphill. There is an option to use bus that will stop near the property. However it takes you to transfer and wait for the bus.

For the property that have so many rooms like this (more than 20 rooms), I suggest to add more bathroom, or think how to limit the usage of bathroom to maximum 10-15 minutes for bath. I need a long waiting time to take a bath.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Very useful in advising on my trips to and from the airport. Gangnam is a convenient location. Big bottle of shampoo and soap provided, along with many free utilities like washing machine, dryer, kitchen etc.

Room had no window. Despite Gangnam being a nice location it isn't easy to live in as a non-Korean speaker - most restaurant menus, signs, transport maps etc. have no English translation

고시원 같은 방이긴 하지만 말도 안되는 가격에 비하면 최고의 가격 효율성! 밥도 마음껏 해먹을 수 있고 라면도 무료! 세탁기도 마음대로 이용할 수 있고 위치도 강남역에서 가까워서 최고의 조건!

방 청결도는 개선 필요

이 가격에 강남에서 침대랑 작은 책상, 냉장고까지 딸린 개인실에서 잘 수 있는 곳은 여기가 유일할 것 같아요. 원래 도미토리식 게하 가려다가 불편할것 같아서 여기로 했는데 정말 만족합니다. 방음이 좋지는 않지만 대부분 엄청 조용하고요 (이 두가지가 공존할 수 있다는 사실을 처음 알았음) 에어컨도 제 기준으로는 시원하게 나오고 방안 습도 조절도 잘 돼서 쾌적했어요 공용 화장실, 샤워실도 대부분 기다리는 일 없이 사용했네요. 가장 오래 기다린 시간이 5분? 청결도는 웬만한 자취방 화장실보다 깨끗함. 참고로 저는 출퇴근을 해야 했어서 직장인들 쓰는 비슷한 시간에 화장실 샤워실 사용했었어요. 방에 필요한 물건들도 최대한 비치되어 있어서 짐도 줄일 수 있고 편리했어요 저는 짐을 최대한 줄이는 것을 선호하는 편이라 저같은 분들을 위해 안 챙겨도 될 물건 (방마다 비치되어 있는 물건)을 알려드리면 드라이기, 수건(2장 주시는데 더 필요하면 챙겨오셔야 합니다), 샴푸, 린스, 바디클렌저, 멀티탭, 화장실 휴지, 탁상티슈, 거울(눈높이에 큰게 붙어있음... 작은 손거울 가져갔었는데 항상 이거 봐서 쓸데가 없었어요)

가격이 가격인만큼 호텔급을 기대하고 가시면 안됩니다!

근처에 좋은 식당이 많음. 총무님들이 궁금한거 있으면 다 대응해줌. 강남역 대략 도보10분거리. 라면 공짜. 샤워시설도 괜찮음. 잠깐 머물기에는 꽤 좋음. 가성비갑

아마 환풍기나 전기시설 돌아가는 소리였겠지만 소음이 좀 있음

주방에서 다른 분과 교제하니 좋아요

습기찬 날씨라서 제습이 아쉬워요. 창문형 에어컨 있으면 좋을 듯

위치 가격 은 너무좋아요

도로가에 있는방이어서그런지 방음이전혀안되어있어서 사실밤에 잠 한숨도못잤어요 ㅜ

조용하고 편하게 잘 수 있었고, 음식(라면,밥,김치) 제공해주는 점도 좋았습니다 조리도구도 있어서 사서 해먹어도 됩니다

방이 그렇게 깨끗하지는 않았음 그래도 가성비 좋음

1박당 18000원에 가성비가 내려오는 숙박이었어요. 방은 작지만 침대, 책상, 옷장, 냉장고, 온풍기 다 있고 수건이랑 티슈, 화장지도 제공돼요. 공용욕실 겸 화장실은 2개 있고 안에 양변기, 샤워기가 같이 있는데 사람이 밀려서 못쓴 적은 거의 없었어요. 그외에도 세탁기와 주방 있어서 편하게 사용했어요. 주방에 라면이랑 밥, 빵(토스트기 있음)이랑 잼도 제공돼요. 방음은 안되는 편이어서 옆방사람 기침소리까지 다 들리는데 숙소 자체가 전반적으로 조용하고 다 1인실이라 누구랑 대화를 한다든지 시끄럽게 하는 사람은 없었어요. 그리고 숙소 공기가 기대 이상으로 괜찮고(일단 담배 냄새나 안좋은 냄새가 없었음) 이불도 좋은 냄새 나서 좋았어요. 침대는 약간 딱딱한데 잘만했어요. 직원분도 친절했어요.

엘리베이터가 없는 건물이라 계단 이용하셔야 해요. 그나마 아쉬웠던 점인데 2층이라 크게 무리는 없었음.

가격도 위치에비해 저렴하고 직원분이 아주 친절했습니다. 바로 주변에 편의점도 있어서 편리했습니다

여태 많은 게스트하우스 1인실 묵어봤지만 여기가 가성비 갑입니다. 없는 것이 없고 심지어 라디에이터까지 있어서 놀랐고요. 고시원이기 때문에 라면도 무료제공 세탁도 무료로 사용 가능합니다. 다음에 다시 묵을 의향 100% 입니다.
